We have added A LOT of content to Daily Simple Fit 1, our novice workout plan. We are now adding similarities to Daily Simple Fit 2, our intermediate plan.
We have very little yoga, with 3 workout days. Now we have 3 full yoga days, and 3 workout days.
We are happy to have 6 days of engagement for our clients! Building a healthy lifestyle in 20-30 minute daily sessions is our vision!
