Sweat every day. This is our favorite rule. A hike, a workout, vigorous yard work. Just sweat!

The most important aspect of our philosophy follows; slow and steady wins the race. It sounds cliché, but it’s true. Most people never get to their fitness goals due to a lack of consistency. They are consistently working out too hard, training ferociously, acquiring an injury, and they taking long breaks from the gym.
Never take fitness advice from someone who has a worse body than you. This may sound narcissistic, but there are a plethora of people at the gym who should not be giving advice. If you don’t aspire to look as they look, you shouldn’t follow their advice. Chances are their advice will lead you to their body.

Encompassing these basic rules, Daily Simple Fit and it’s creators have developed just that. Simple fitness routines that will be performed daily. We have two days of workouts, one day of yoga, two more days of workouts, one more day of yoga. The seventh day is a rest day that clients will watch a short video, to keep them engaged.
The goal is to workout everyday, leave yourself wanting more tomorrow. Come back tomorrow and increase your intensity slightly, even if just by one repetition of one exercise. Compound this small increase, over a year or two, and your workouts will be as intense as they come. You will also have become much stronger, fitter and a much more capable individual. Small incremental changes in habits have longstanding effects on output and productivity.
